If you are visiting the Waterberg and would like to join us for a 2 – 3 hour morning horse safari, the rate is R400 per person, payable in South African rand (cash only).

Please note that the trails are suitable for intermediate and advanced riders only.
You must be able to apply the basic aids, post to the trot for ten minutes at a time and canter confidently in a two-point position. We do not cater for beginner riders.
Weight limit – 85kgs. (187 lbs.).
The use of riding helmets is mandatory. Please bring your own correctly fitting one or we will provide one for you. Please also bring appropriate riding boots with a low heel. Suggested kit list.

KOLOLO GAME RESERVE - www.kololo.co.za, only a 15 minute drive from Savannah, offers 3 star accommodation in a garden or bush chalet at a rate of R1400 per person per night full board. Rate includes game drives, bush walks, mountain biking and hiking trails on Kololo. Rate excludes drinks, laundry and gratuities. Single supplement R300.00 per night. For special occasions such as honeymoons, please enquire about luxurious, private accommodation options at Kololo.
Kololo has a spectacular restaurant and deck where guests enjoy a la carte dining or a sundowner overlooking the plains. Kololo also offers other activities at an extra charge, such as "big five" game drives on Welgevonden Private Game Reserve, visits to a cheetah breeding facility or trips to Marakele or Pilanesberg National Parks.
The tented camp of Kololo Game Reserve is fully equipped for self-catering and takes a minimum of 4 guests. The rate is R450.00 per person per night.
Rate includes game drives and bush walks. Guests can walk freely in the bush amongst the wildlife or enjoy a swim in the river near the tented camp.
Accommodation rates are valid until 1 November 2011. Accommodation bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Full payment is due one week before arrival.
